If you have previous experience in complex configuration, repair, maintenance or build work associated with the aforementioned systems, then these positions are for you. The role will include: - Installing and maintaining pre-programmed data products - Complete simple commissioning tests and completing WLAN surveys - Installations designing, planning installation and maintenance of cutting edge technology - Complex voice, data and converged networks for the company`s customer base - Acting as an expert consultant completing high-end testing, - Complex builds and configurations - Writing up and undertaking complex diagnostics completing diagnostic work under guidance and instruction from the diagnostic teams - Loading and completing pre-written configuration changes Writing, modifying and loading complex configurations - Offering an advanced level of specialist, technical and commercial knowledge to customers by working closely with key partners on high profile integrated solutions - Diagnose on-site problems with support from the Technical Centres and accept ownership for customer`s technical problems - Understanding and taking responsibility for own contribution to the company by way of meeting personal targets and taking an active approach to gaining sales leads when on jobs - Representing the company in the manner consistent with required standards and ethics Completion of allotted workloads to quality standards - minimising completion times Reporting task progress via computer equipment to supervisors keeping a proactive approach to notification of completion or non-completion of jobs, Agreeing extensions or job handovers as required Taking a proactive approach to own personal development and be committed to learning from internal and external training courses when possible Working in the safest possible way, constantly assessing risks and fully complying with safety training at all times Applicants must have: - BTEC and relevant significant work experience in this area - Be CCENT Qualified or above CISCO Router Series 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 and ASR1000 CISCO Switch Series 2, 3, 4 and 6 CISCO Call Manager CISCO Wireless LAN HUAWEI LAN and WAN AVAYA Routers, Switches, LAN, WAN and Wireless LAN - An advanced level of specialist, technical and commercial skills An in-depth knowledge of current specialist areas Capability to develop expertise in cutting edge technologies - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately - The ability to work with minimum supervision, using system controlled authority levels and seeking advice whenever necessary Successful candidates will receive: In return our client is offering: Rates of between £170.00 - £250.00 per day Additional overtime pay when worked Excellent long-term career opportunities Spire (a registered trademark of Haselour House Ltd) are an Advertising Agency working on behalf of organisations and or an employment Agency.
