Interim HR Manager
Interim HR Manager 12 month FTC £55,000 Based in the City, this international law firm are seeking an experienced HR manager/Business Partner to work with them on a contract which has arisen due to restructure. You will be assigned to a number of practice group areas and will work operationally to support, coach and develop the business in order that the firms strategies and objectives can be realised. This will take the form of being the first point of contact for fee-earners and managers in matters such as change management, performance improvement, employee relations and all other day-to-day areas. There will be many tasks which are routine such as salary reviews, secondments etc, but it is also likely that there will be project work and a good deal of business advisory matters. Candidates will be degree-level educated and be CIPD qualified. It is likely that they will already have been employed as a Manager or Business Partner and preference will be shown to those who have been employed within professional services eg law, accountancy, management consultancy. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to build credible, professional relationships and strong “influencing” skills. Strong and confident communication abilities are a must as is the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
