Job Description Process account payables including vendor invoices, subcontractor invoices, and various payroll functions Responsible for all of the general accounting activity - journal entries, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and month-end close. Process weekly expense reports for multiple employees across multiple entities Daily administrative work and assistant to VP of Finance Miscellaneous office duties include filing, answering emails, phones, faxes, writing letters and memos, organizing mail, ordering office supplies etc. Job Requirement Knowledge and experience using QuickBooks 2+ years of accounts payable experience 2+ years of Administrative experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong organization skills Detail oriented and highly accurate Excellent prioritization skills and ability to self-manage and execute tasks with limited assistance Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
