We are a 35-year old incentive travel company, based in Woodland Hills, that has flown under the radar for most of our years in business. We recently re-branded and re-set business strategy, and want to establish ourselves within key industries. Our business is geared towards travel incentives. We primarily work with radio stations to provide high-profile trips to advertisers who hit business objectives - spend, incremental spend, etc. We would like to promote our work in this space, and apply it to related industries and businesses that run incentives, Presidents Club and employee motivation programs that include a travel reward component. We also work with corporations and associations on meetings and conferences. Job description: We need someone with contacts and influence that will help us showcase our work and attract new business!! Deliverables would include: 1. Top-line PR strategy document 2. Identify best media outlets (online, prints, events) to promote our business based on our client base and industry. 3. Identify editorial opportunities for us to either be quoted or be referenced as an industry "expert" 4. Write and place press releases 5. Provide reports and stats 4. Identify "speaker" opportunities Business angle/topic of the press release: We are a small company that has been in business for 35 years. We design group travel programs that are highly-customized, creative and successful. We've had a steady client base - many clients for over ten years! We have a dynamic team of 4 people, led by our CEO who has owned the company since 1977. We have received major accolades from our clients, and are now ready to promote this. Primary goals: Generate awareness, establish our leadership/expertise in the area of travel incentives, secure business within the segments we work and generate business in new business categories that use travel incentives as a motivational tool, reward and recognition mechanism.
