Based in the outskirts of Leeds my client is easily commutable from Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Manchester, York, Harrogate & Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Manager / PHP Developer to join this market leading Ecommerce giant in West Yorkshire. Successful Lead Technical Architects will have in-depth commercial experience working as a PHP Developer using the latest OO PHP coding techniques with solid LAMP stack skills. Skills - • Proven commercial development experience and exposure to PHP, Linux, MySQL, Apache and associated technologies. • Exposure to Agile development methodologies. • Object oriented development skills preferably within a multi-tier architecture. • Experience of leading the Development Team in an Ecommerce environment. • Initiative and ability to work under time pressures to meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Role - You will be involved in analysing and implementing operational enhancements, code reviews, detailed project work and ultimately working on to the implementation of major product enhancements of their existing PHP ecommerce platform.
