Please note this is a 5 month contract position. Skills: Project Management experience, PMP Certified, Energy Industry Background  Qualifications: PMP certified Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience successfully managing the completion of combined hardware and software implementation projects. Experience in successfully and gracefully working with all levels of employees and contract staff, including Management, Senior Management, Union and non-union knowledge workers and engineers. Proven track record of taking projects at or near inception and completing them on time/on budget. Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats on the project team as need be, specifically, ability to write business requirements, participate in design specification documentation, coordination of user acceptance testing and change management. Enthusiasm to get the job done.    Responsibilities: PM will manage all aspects of Phase 1 of the Prover Replacement Project including, Requirements definition, Production of a design specification and then implementation of the Vacuum Pump and 3 SNAP Provers. Coordinate integration of 3 SNAPs into production activities. Responsible for coordinating identification of issues and risks associated with the project and following clients PM guidelines on standard practice for Issue and Risk escalation and resolution. Manage project budget and coordinate all resources matrix'd into the project. Coordinate project needs with clients Sourcing/Purchasing department, including managing the generation of all contracts associated with the needs of the project. Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on project progress and status to both immediate supervisors as well as Senior Management.
