Our client is hiring a Software Engineer in Test Automation who has experience building Selenium automated tests. We are looking for someone to join our team, fulltime and onsite in our New York office. This Engineer will be responsible for leading automation efforts across large interactive development projects for mobile and web. Job Responsibilities Lead automated testing effort for applications. Build,execute, and debug automated functional and back-end tests Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements to Development Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree. 5+ years hands-on test, quality assurance and development experience Must be proficient in at least one programming language: Ruby, Perl, Python, Java, etc Hands on experience in developing automated tests using at least one of the following tools: Selenium, JMeter. Senior-level experience with comparable web automation authoring and maintaining shared testing suites will be considered. Hands on experience with mobile automation tools like Cucumber and Frank will make a truly candidate stand-out. Knowledge of Continuous Integration Systems like Jenkins/Hudson, Cruise Control (CC) and Apache’s Continuum. A strong desire for quality, and an attention to detail.
