Qualifications: * 10 years business experience in Expense and Capital budget planning and analysis; Master of Business Administration preferred. * Experience in the management of a team of budget analysts. * Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. * Ability to communicate with and operate in the company of executive level management required. * Must have experience with telecommunications services and expenses. * Familiarity with Telco and Carrier tariffs, pricing and invoicing. * Strong understanding of service and maintenance contract terms and conditions.
