IT Project Manager
Job Description : · Create and manage consolidate d phase scope docs · Manage the scope change process across phases · Manage dep endencies across phase/ other development efforts · Consolidate and track key decisions · Track key issues by phase and ensure resolution · Mapping scope to active and proposed BCDs · Collaborate with planning teams and architects on resource projections/ staffing (with PM) · Collaborate with leadership to identify vendor engagement opportunities · Collaborate with work packaging team to focus on execution · Collaborate w ith LOB BCDs to evolve and manage the BCD lifecycle process · Manages and oversees a large, long range, or multiple complex project · Develops project documentation, including: ü Project scope statements ü Cost estimates ü Human resource requirements ü Work plans ü Time schedules ü Risk plans ü Communication plans · Assigns work to project team member to meet project or program objectives · Establishes and monitors program or project priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation. · Provides leadership and direction to the project team to ensure successful project completion · Develops and maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work · Manages application development/enhancement projects For other requirements please visit www.speed-jobs.com
