This is a Contract position. Description Generate functional requirements for CRM Program, gain approval of stakeholders to ensure that they meet business needs. Conducts analysis of business processes and functional requirements. Prepares appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information. Coordinates cross-functional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, work flow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specifications. Ability to understand existing data models/schemas and transform them into business requirements for doing deep dive analysis. Perform analysis of business areas of responsibility to produce overall definitions of work-flow and discern needs currently filled using in-place or proposed solutions. Define the business case for objectives of new projects, including identification of business needs. Help identify the gaps in CRM data needs and data available Participate in business process engineering projects with the aim of continually improving the efficiency of the business. Evaluate possible solutions to business issues. Performs knowledge transfer. Skills - 7-10 years’ experience in gathering business requirements. - Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills. - Strong technical writing skills including creation of Functional Specifications. - Good to have knowledge of Business Objects Reporting. - Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with individuals at all levels. - Knowledge of Marketing or CRM Loyalty Program is a requirement.
