Job Roles / Responsibilities: Be the single point of contact for the resolution of all production support tickets, enhancements for Mobility stream of work Understand the in-scope applications in detail (both the functional and technical aspects) and become the SME for all the applications Work with offshore, assign tickets and ensure a stable production environment with respect to Mobile apps Identify areas of improvement and implement them working with client team .
