They have a number of projects in the queue as a result, involving the merging of data and systems into our clients'. Seeking a Sr. QA/BA with QA project lead experience to work on projects from beginning to end: work with business to draw out requirements, create QA project plans and define tasks and deliverables. Will also oversee and guide a small team of QA and BA analysts in the execution of defined plans. Deliverables may include creating and maintaining Business Process Maps, Data Flow Diagrams, Flowcharts and other BA artifacts to assist with elaborating and supporting use cases, test strategies, test plans, test Scenarios and test cases. Seeking someone with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with the project team members (design, development and test teams) for coordinating appropriate workstreams, and reporting accurately to Project Manager. May also include hands on testing tasks as necessary. Critical Success Factors Requirements gathering, analysis and experience creating QA project plans containing detailed tasks and deliverables. Experience in using MS Project and MS Office tools to develop various project plans, documentation and other artifacts. Must be able to manage team members while driving project tasks and schedules. Experience conducting review meetings to resolve issues and facilitate walkthrough sessions to finalize and sign-off requirements artifacts. Solid experience in using Quality Center. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture and document testing requirements. Work with various SMEs and technical resources to develop test scenarios and test plans. Experience establishing test planning and execution. Preparing and documenting test scenarios and test cases and executing/ managing and reporting on test process using appropriate tools. Experience developing Traceability Matrix to demonstrate test coverage to requirements. Analyze defects, classify and assign responsibility Ensuring the necessary environment for appropriate testing is in place Be a hands-on tester as required, participating in test execution and tracking defects
