In this role, the candidate is going to be learning the in's and out's of Linux system administration. Not only will you be administering this enterprise wide build system, but you will be a crucial part of the releases as well. POSITION SUMMARY: One of my client's software engineering group is seeking a talented and motivated Linux Technical Support administrator to maintain a complicated build system that releases software found on millions of TV's across the US. This person will work with one development team and management to identify and implement improvements to the build system. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals. The responsibilities for this role will include a mix of administration and configuration management.
