Seeking seasoned security analysts with demonstrated expertise in either UNIX or WINDOWS security. Active Directory is important for Windows candidates. User Administration and Group Policy Changes are key skills for all roles. This will be a 6+ month contract and is anticipated to be long term. Technical Skills Description: Information Security Analyst to provide security certification and server build support. Security background in UNIX and Windows operating systems. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows and or Unix Operating system. • Expert knowledge of Active Directory concepts, and roles of Domain Controllers, Global Application Server roles. • Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Windows security. • Strong knowledge of Group Policy Objects. • Familiar with TCP/IP and port configurations. • Thorough understanding of factors governing reliability and performance of Active Directory. • Experience in designing and deploying large scale Active Directories in production environments. • Good knowledge of health and performance monitoring of Active Directory. • Strong demonstrable technical and analytical skills • Pay attention to technical detail and focus on quality of service • Willing to take responsibility and handle multiple tasks • Team-player with good inter-personal and communication skills • Knowledge of security as it applies to Microsoft Windows and or Unix, firewalls, routers, user authentication and access control, LDAP, Web-servers and Application-servers. Education: • High School education, vocational school or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience equal to 1-3 years
