We would like to build a free advertisement, buy and sell marketplace. Where members can buy and sell for free. But some postings are "paid" like if they are a company, real estate or if its for job postings. Postings from "individuals" are free. We need someone to design and build the website for us. Capabilities of the SELLER Members are: 1. Create Accounts/LogIn/LogOut and with email confirmation. And password reminder/request by email. 2. Members can then post their items, upload pictures and write about the description of their items 3. Product(s) listed must not be posted immediately (because we need to review and approve the item being posted). 4. Sellers must be able to edit/delete their products. 5. When they edit the item, it must be approved and reviewed by us first before it goes live on the website. 4. Maximum of 60 days the item can stay listed on the website.
