WebSphere Process Server (WPS) Developer / Architect will be responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and support of end-to-end IBM WebSphere platform based solutions for large complex technical environment. Will integrate WebSphere portals to back-end systems using web services / middleware technologies. Qualifications Required: * Must have at least 3+ years of solid experience in business process management (BPM) and IBM WebSphere Process Server (WPS). * Must have good knowledge and experience of product modules (WID, BPEL, BPC, Business Space, human activities, decision tables). * Experience with Service oriented (SOA based) design and development models (WSDL, XSD, XOM, BOM, usage of Java API) is highly preferred * Experience on end-to-end service oriented development across business modeling (Modeler/Lombardi), process manager (BPM v7.5), business monitoring (Business Monitor), UI façade development (using WPS Java API) is highly preferred * Experience working with IBM WebSphere adapters and heterogenous application interfaces/protocols inclusive of WMQ, JMS, JDBC, File-based, etc., is an added plus. * Experience on WebSphere Application Server (WAS), J2EE based application development or WAS network administration is an added advantage * Must have strong data analysis, quantitative and analytical skills. * Must have excellent verbal /written communication skills and mentoring skills.
