Technical Support Specialist Medical Equipment, Hospital Service Repair PAY RATE: $26-34/HOUR Volt has a temporary position in Issaquah, WA for a Technical Support Specialist. Position Description: The Technical Support Specialist will deal with complaints for service repairs that were completed by the Company. The products he/she will be dealing with are patient monitors. The Support Specialist must have a good understanding of product repairs in order to be able to: Identify repair challenges. Dig through provided data. Call for details on repair concerns. Document within his/her database. The Technical Support Specialist will also look to identify trends that are taking place with Our Client's products. This does not require on-call rotation or shift work. This position is with Our Client in Issaquah, a Company that brings together some of the world's most respected medical devices and services. Requirements: Required Skills for this Technical Support Specialist position include the following: Must have worked in a Medical Company's Service/Hospital Repair area. AA Degree in a Communication discipline preferred; degree in Biomedical Engineering is ideal. Must have knowledge of the medical equipment repair process.
