I am having problems with outlook 2010 and gmail. We use google apps as our mailserver. I want somebody who can configure the way I manage emails to increase speed and reliability. Things I want to achieve. Use outlook on 2 machines as primary way to access email. Be able to access email via gmail online. Sync outlook and gmail so all are identical. same folders same inbox emails etc. setup automatic way to back up email on a regular basis.
