I am trying to find different "pain points" from corporate employees or small businessman in america. I need people to conduct surveys, ask around and get feedback on what different problems/pain points they have and what solutions they would like. The pain points must be related to some type of enterprise/desktop software as I am trying to develop a SAAS (software as a service). If there are enough people with the same pain point, it will be a viable niche market. I need people to ask american small business owners or corporate employees what their main problems, pain points are what type of software they could use to solve their problems. For example a pet store owner could have various problems that need solving like billing problems, managing the inventory of the pets that are coming in and going out, managing the pets' feeding schedules, etc. A solution could be pet store invoicing software, pet store management software, etc. For coporate employees Talk to people who work in large businesses. Ask them what troubles them. Ask them what their bosses complain about. You will be paid based on the number and quality of responses you get.
