I want to hire someone in Architecture skilled in 3DS Max (or similar) who is able to give a high quality rendered architectural front Elevation, side elevation and back elevation of a Residential building. I also need 3d rendered front boundary wall design and frontal area design along with main gate. All the 3D rendered design should also show exterior lighting. This residential building has basement and ground floor only. The Architect / Designer will have some freedom in t his work subject to my final approval. The Architect / designer also has to do the same following the building byelaws of the region. I will provide the Autocad file of the building plan.
