Computer Futures is urgently looking for a Senior IPT/VOIP consultant for a 12 months contract in Brussels Location: Brussels Language: English Start Datum: ASAP Duration: 12 months + Rate: Market conform Scope: The Support Engineer is responsible for the acceptance, tracking, and provisioning of service requests from customers The consultant does provide 1st and 2nd Line telecommunication support to end users (local and remote sites)Perform application incident management support for the back-office and Contact Center customers Perform application configuration support for the back-office and Contact Center customers Establish and maintain expertise about the supporting platforms Support the introduction of new services / service-releases Provide support to both the Support and Development-teams (Cisco IPT/IPCC).
