Summary: Provide technical assistance in the construction and maintenance of a corporate standard desktop, laptop, and mobile image Be responsible for desktop and mobile device hardware and image engineering for a global enterprise environment Work on the Windows XP to Windows 7 Migration This Desktop Engineer will provide technical design and support for global images and system management infrastructure Assist in the planning and implementation of remote software deployment to customer's desktop computers via Altiris and/or SCCM deployment services client management tools with minimal disruption to the customer Coordinate training Skills / Knowledge Required: Altiris software deployment Operating System Migration Windows Deployment Services Communication and end user technical support / satisfaction experience Windows XP / Windows 7 knowledge
