MANPOWER is hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Quality Technician Location: Wahpeton, ND Hours: 11:00P.M. - 7:30A.M. SUNDAY - THURSDAY; Every 5th weekend To assist in the development and implementation of the quality programs and help coordinate other assigned aspects of the Company's Quality Program, including incoming and in-process inspection, to ensure that the products consistently meet specific and implied quality and performance standards. -Ability to communicate effectively. -Performs quality duties and monitors progress to ensure that incoming and in-process inspection functions are performed in a manner which consistently promotes the quality image and reputation of said company. -Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results and implement change. -Makes recommendations, as appropriate, to ensure that all inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, in-process and finished products are of sufficient effectiveness to enable the company to consistently meet customer specifications and requirements. -Have and utilize organizational and decision making skills. -Keeps currently informed of new and/or improved technology as a basis for influencing, in a positive way, the direction of future quality development and/or application. -Keeps the Quality Manager informed of important developments, potential problems and related information necessary for effective management. -Coordinates/communicates plans and activities with others, as appropriate, to ensure that a coordinated work effort and "team" approach has been applied. -Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
