Temporary Customer Service Representative

Provide accurate/timely product availability and technical support to customers, Sales, end users, and consumers. In partnership with Sales, initiate product up-sell, cross-sell or product substitution as opportunities present. Verify pricing and customer credit status as required. Execute account and full routing guide management responsibilities to meet designated customer requirements, which may include but is not limited to: maximize line and unit order fill rate; promote web utilization; analyze vendor report cards and determine/execute performance improvement initiatives; and, participate on cross-functional/internal quality teams formed to enhance service performance or define/implement improvements to systems and processes. This position is a temporary position lasting at least 3 months. The selected candidate will receive payroll through an agency. Qualifications Required Skills Business degree and/or a minimum 3 yrs relevant experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required. Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook required. Strong organizational abilities combined with professional demeanor. Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred Knowledge of VMI systems, Access, and Sharepoint helpful.
