Objective: To communicate with new patients and expose them to the journey they would go through at our facility and what is required from them, and what should they expect from us as their healthcare facility of choice. Target Audience: Patients of Hospital – mainly new patients Brief of film: It should be designed to be quick, engaging, instructional and light without compromising the important elements of healthcare services. Shot with the use of HealthPlus theme and branding, however, it should allow us to be easily adaptable and interchangeable between existing facilities and the new facilities we plan to open. A very brief example of the film flow would be: 1. Patient enters the facility 2. Client Relations Officer (CRO) at the reception welcomes the patient and provide the utmost help 3. The film should mention what type of information will be required from the patient and what type of info or material will be given to the patient 4. CRO directs the patient or accompany the patient to the waiting area 5. The waiting area is so comfortable, and refreshments are available with some ipads or a TV and some magazines 6. The nurse in uniform comes in and communicates with the patient and explains what will happen 7. The patient goes with the nurse to the assessment room where the weight, height, blood pressure, body temperature is taken. 8. The nurse then takes the patient to the doctor room 9. The doctor welcomes the patient, discusses the case, and then do the needed ultrasound (if pregnant, a 4D ultrasound for the baby) 10. The doctor farewells the patient, the nurse accompanies the patient to the reception where all papers (prescription, sick certificates, bills if any would be ready). 11. The patients takes and gives the required, and leaves 12. At the same time on her way out, an automated SMS would be sent to the patient mobile number thanking her for the visit or the SMS would identify her next visit appointment date and time. 13. It would be nice to also show that the doctors and nurses are reachable via phone if the patient had further questions or requirements. All the images/pictures used should show friendliness and professionalism by the staff of hospital (CROS, cleaners, nurses, doctors…etc). at the same time, the scenario should be written in a very nice, friendly, attractive and informative way.
