About the Role Reporting directly to and working closely with the manager, this challenging role will encompass a variety of responsibilities including preparing estimates, quotes, tenders & contracts.  It also includes forecasting and managing projects to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget.  This is a busy role that demands focus and a high attention to detail. Skill Set Required The key factors to your success in this role will be excellent time management skills and the provision of outstanding customer service.  The ability to quickly develop an understanding of the products on offer would be beneficial. In addition, you will need the following experience and abilities: High level communication skills Previous design or joinery experience Ability to negotiate with suppliers, builders & developers Familiarity with estimating software packages Experience with Gov’t tendering specifications & contract requirements Ability to prepare estimates including time frames & cost structures Most significantly, they are seeking a team player to join a well-established and enthusiastic workplace.  The ability to work autonomously whilst performing within a team network is important and so is notably a genuine and honest nature.
