The Administrator / Developer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining CMS software that is used to manage the website content. Responsibilities include managing access to the CMS, building and maintaining work-flow and templates, and ensuring content is managed successfully and efficiently across our client's website. Report to the Senior Manager of Shared Services. Responsibilities: * Establish content management protocols and to provide guidance to departments and staff as they define and execute their individual web publishing needs * Configure, optimize, convert and/or support existing databases and CMS * Work with other staff members to establish security admin, backup and recovery systems, workflow and revision control * Assist with configuration, maintenance of, and user support for the CMS and interfaces to a variety of web applications across the website * Collaborate with the web teams to research, evaluate, select and implement processes to support web initiatives * Improve existing technical infrastructure through database and web application development and maintenance * Ensure content is maintained in a clean and consistent fashion Required Skills: * Strong experience administering and using the industry-standard content management packages, including Open Deploy/Team Site and SDL Tridion * Strong software development background developing web-based content management applications and work-flows * Knowledgeable on using relational database management systems and implementing database queries * Strong experiences using Java, Perl, PHP, Jython, and other web-based scripting language * Development experience with Microsoft platform including Visual Studio, .Net and C# * Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS, with experience in rich text/layout creation * Good communication skills, as the incumbent will work collaboratively with diverse staff * Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Top Requirements: * Must have Content Management experience * Strong JavaScript and CSS * Requires strong technical knowledge of CMS workflow * Must ensure template changes, configuration, and maintenance as well as user support of the CMS System
