In the directions and instructions part of the recipe article, if there appears a U.S. measurement amount specified, you must put the Metric conversion in bold and in brackets. Similarly, if there is a measurement amount specified in Metric, you must put the U.S. conversion in bold and brackets. However, most, if not all, recipes will be written in U.S. measurements.
