I need an individual to create a spreadsheet for me based upon the parameters I provide. It will behave similar to a school grading system. People will use the spreadsheet to enter numbers, grades (A through F) and Pass/Fail. With these inputs the spreadsheet must: 1. Calculate the average grade for each row. 2. Add a minus or plus next or blank to the grade based upon the averages of the pass/fail. 3. Must sort the name of each row (it is a name the user inserts) based upon the grades and then secondarily based upon the number value the user inserts. 4. The form needs to lock cells to prevent editing of the wrong fields. 5. The form ideally is in Excel AND also Google Spreadsheet. I would want it compatible with both. If not, then excel 6. The form needs to look professional and input friendly. It will have comments to help the user identify what they need to enter into cells. 7.
