Day to day activities: o Creating Network Diagrams o Creating test plans, test cases, UAT, contingency plans, backout plans, etc. o Conduct testing of the Firewall, IPS/IDS policies. o Participate in the day to day activities around designing, setup, and implementation of security appliances and provide feedback on improving/enhancing it. o Participate in day to day activities as per the direction of the manager. o Complete adhoc tasks and activities requested by the manager to support the projects. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ o 5+ years of IPs/IDS engineering or administration. o 5 + years of Firewall, Router, Network administration or engineering. o 5 + years of Information Security experience. o 3+ years of experience writing IPS/IDS policies. o 3+ years of experience setting up and/or redesign of network and DMZ. o Setup the Palo Alto Firewall, IPS, AV, policies o Experience with McAfee suite. Certifications CISSP/Cisco certifications.
