Job Description: Two shifts: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with an occasional Sat $11.50 per hour + incentives Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm with an occasional Sat $13 per hour + incentives Position Description Loan Counselors work with customers who are struggling to make their mortgage payments in order to help them save their home. This includes inbound and outbound telephone contact with the customer. As a Loan Counselor, you will receive comprehensive communications and mortgage servicing training.
