Ten Live are recruiting Telecoms Professionals for a contract in the Middle East. Full visas are provided by Ten Live with immediate effect. Our customer requires - Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer Middle East Contract role : 9 + months Ten Live will provide full : · Residents Visas · Health Insurance · Indemnity Insurance · Accommodation · Transport Main Objective To carry out the engineering of the project to ensure completion of construction plans ready for implementation in accordance to project requirements. Key result areas · Plan approval within schedule · Accurate BOM & BOQ · As-built Plan delivery within schedule Main tasks · Clear understanding of the delivery requirements (see KRAs) · Conduct outside plant field survey. · Prepare engineering plans, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and other related design drawings. · Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM) for the project. · Preparation of engineering estimates. · Coordinate plans and documentations to ensure plan submission and approval of customer. · Participate in field staking for site verification and implementation support. · Prepares engineering progress reports updates. · Coordinate engineering related matters for outside plant project implementation. Interfaces · Service support team · Project team · Customers, Clients, Resource provider · Local authorities Authorities · Has the authority required to fulfil the functions, work tasks and Responsibilities stipulated above, only limited by Company rules, regulations and authority policy. · Have access to all information necessary for the fulfilment of the responsibilities as directed by the Project Education · Diploma or certificate (Engineering, Management, Telecommunications) Essential experience · A minimum of Five (5) years telecommunication experience in Outside Plant engineering.
