They are looking for an energetic Senior Business Analyst and UX professional who wants to leverage their existing experience working with enterprise software products, and apply it with global reach. You will work closely with product manager and development team to define the requirements for our new products and enhancements to their existing product suite. You will also create wireframes and design the user experience of the features, and work with the rest of the team to bring your vision to life. Required Skills 6+ years of experience writing and managing requirements for a product organization Experience of the full software development life cycle, using agile methodologies Experience eliciting and capturing business requirements using Use Cases/User Stories and wireframes Experience with interaction design, usability, UI design and user experience Proven ability to be a "translator" between people and technology, between problems and solutions Experience within a Software Project Team (working with product managers, developers, testers, etc.) Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent judgment and independent decision making skills Knowledge of product development and user interface design is an asset Demonstrate excellent time management skills Excellent oral and written communication Responsibilities Create appropriate requirements specification documentation as required to support the Agile development processes Work with software delivery team (QA, architects and developers) to complete implementation of requirements. Act as a liaison between both internal and external stakeholders, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes Operate as a team member and as a team leader. Advise on methods to improve business processes Experience working in a high growth entrepreneurial company serving enterprise level clients
