* Work with the Project Manager to develop and coordinate project work plan and work plan activities to meet agreed upon milestones and deliverable dates * Assign team member roles and expectations and ensure timely feedback. Ensure that project resources receive any necessary training and are used effectively * Monitor and control project against targeted quality control measures * Manage project resources and stakeholders to mitigate issues and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle * Lead requirements analysis and technical design / build / test of future state PTP system processes * Own the design build and test of all technical architecture components * Ensure a tight alignment/integration of project solution with Production Support and Battle Red organization * Accountable for evaluating business requirements for supplier portal * Perform deliverable reviews(lead reviews) and subsequent approvals of deliverables and outcomes * Work with end-users to understand technical requirements * Work with other technical architects to ensure product / components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined by the requirements * Works with the support unit to determine how the application will be operationally supported in production, including back-ups, disaster recovery, system performance, and project management. * Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience Qualifications: * Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding work environment * Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the Halliburton technical architecture/solution * Operate well in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision * 8 or more years of experience in technical architecture design and technical requirements gathering * 8 or more year of experience in SAP Architecture and Applications * Command of Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint * Strong organizational skills and detail oriented * Strong oral communication and client relationship skills * Experience in managing project financials
