Looking for a company to send our monthly newsletter to 350,000 opt in emailing list. The newsletter will be produced by ourselves and will be presented to the awarded contracter with all links and images (no design work required) The contractor will then be required to send this email to our database only. A test email will be required to be sent to us first for approval The email should allow all opt in / opt out clients and full statistics and reports will need to be provided. The contract is for a 12 month period, payments every month on sending of the newsletter and presenting us with the final report. Opt outs will be required to be monitored and taken out of the next months where required. We have used the main stream services such as mailchimp etc. for a number of months, however we are now looking to do this on a budget an are not interested in accepting bids for any of the commonly used email marketing services.
