I have finished a proposal for a research paper on genetics, and I would like someone to initially look at it and give me feedback on it. I think it is 80 or 90% ok, but I'm not really sure. In addition, after this job and in the long run, I may need help with the project over the course of a year or two whose aims are initially to compare the genetic populations of two groups within a country, and then, later on compare that countrie's genetic population with that of a closely related country.
