Create are currently looking for an experienced cook or chef to work both in our mobile catering unit and also at a month long event in York Minster gardens throughout August. You would be required to look after all aspects of the cooking operations including preparing product for cooking, ordering supplies and ensuring the items are cooked and served to the high standards that Create customers expect. The role entails travelling with our event catering team to various places throughout Yorkshire and the North East with some events running over 3 days so working away from home will be required. This is a temporary role with an immediate start until mid September when the festival season finishes. there are no set hours per week. We are offering 7.50 per hour for this role. I would be happy to discuss the role further with anyone who is genuinely interested in and exciting position throughout the summer.
