Job Description: Customer Service Representative Duration: Contract-to-Hire 1 YEAR Compensation: $12.50/hr Location: Golden, CO Reference: 225815 Qualified candidates should be aware of the following: -Only serious candidates will be submitted to this position. -1 year of Customer Service and Some College or College is a requirement, 5 years of Customer Service experience is needed in lieu of college or a degree -This position pays 12.50 per hour -Hours vary please review hours below If hired Liberty conducts background checks and credit checks. Prestine Credit is required. Prestine credit means having 4 or fewer accounts in negative standing. Job Description: Research and respond to customer inquiries. Review and update customer records on computerized data base. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication. College level education or equivalent, relevant experience. Minimum of 12 months of Customer Service experience. Superior oral communications skills on the telephone. Good written communication skills. Problem solving ability. Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases. AFTER TRAINING THE HOURS WILL BE EITHER 7AM TO 3:15PM OR 10:45AM to 7:00PM. Schedules are assigned before training is completed. Education: College level education or equivalent, relevant experience. Requirements: Minimum of 12 months of Customer Service experience. Superior oral communications skills on the telephone. Good written communication skills. Problem solving ability. Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases. The hours of training will be 8:00am to 4:15pm business hours are from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
