Customer Service Represenative

If you are a self-starter, able to work independently in a team environment, and can keep a positive attitude, you would be sure to impress this employer. The right candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Provide primary phone support while accurately and efficiently answering policy related questions • Communicate with company representative and policyholders to assist in completion of service request and claim forms. • Process customer requests, verbal and written, maintaining the stated team service goals. • Complete assigned projects, tasks, and/or milestones by agreed upon due date. • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics & confidentiality Qualified candidates should have: • Strong internal and external customer focus • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to adapt to different communication styles • Attention to detail • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision • Good PC skills with willingness to learn new programs • Strong initiative and commitment • Analytical skills or abilities These positions are available immediately and will fill up fast.
