Customer Service Represenative

The right candidate will have the following responsibilities: â€¢ Provide primary phone support while accurately and efficiently answering policy related questions â€¢ Communicate with company representative and policyholders to assist in completion of service request and claim forms. â€¢ Process customer requests, verbal and written, maintaining the stated team service goals. â€¢ Complete assigned projects, tasks, and/or milestones by agreed upon due date. â€¢ Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics & confidentiality Qualified candidates should have: â€¢ Strong internal and external customer focus â€¢ Excellent interpersonal communication skills â€¢ Ability to adapt to different communication styles â€¢ Attention to detail â€¢ Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision â€¢ Good PC skills with willingness to learn new programs â€¢ Strong initiative and commitment â€¢ Analytical skills or abilities These positions are available immediately and will fill up fast.
