Our Fortune Five client has an immediate need for a strong Level 1 Technician. You will provide desk-side support and work directly with clients, communicating progress while working toward resolution of issues. To be considered for this role, you must have strong customer service skills and follow through with clients, even after issue has been resolved. You will also work with clients over the phone as effectively as in person. Additionally, you will support business software in a corporate environment. This position also requires Hardware Break/Fix Support, involving Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair of client desktops, laptops and printers in an office environment. You will troubleshoot multi-function and single user Xerox and HP printers and be involved with Windows 7 and Office 2K10 troubleshooting and fixing Operating System errors and issues. This role requires the monitoring of the ticket queue to ensure all tickets are being addressed, assigned, followed through to resolution, and users contacted in a timely manner. Work with A/V providing Telepresence support utilizing basic Polycom and projector support skills.
