Job Responsibilities: - Description Reviews documentation for CIP standards compliance and works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain documentation currency and completeness. - Functions as a team member for pre-audit activities, including internal and external pre-audit evidence reviews for specific standard compliance. - Maintains documentation necessary to meet audit requirements as set forth by NERC. - Assures that such documentation is able to demonstrate complete and full compliance with existing NERC CIP standards. - Represents the company regarding compliance self-certifications and data submittals. - Serves on internal and external committees, task forces and working groups, as necessary. - Enhances and refines NERC CIP business processes, policies, procedures, and standards. - Coordinates and facilitates the Technical Feasibility Exceptions (TFE) gathering, tracking and reporting process. Job Qualifications: - Required-prior experience interpreting rules, working with technical teams, pulling evidence, representing in an audit. - Must have a background in standards (HIPA, PCI, NERC CIP, etc). - Will be working with SME's to make sure evidence and policies are in compliance. - Good communication skills necessary. - Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
