Design - Create the next logo for Aversa PR & Events
Name to incorporate in the logo Aversa PR & Events Slogan to incorporate in the logo None specified. Description of the organization and its target audience PR company that does social media, PR, event planning for arts & entertainment, food, circus, shopping/small business, nonprofits. Clients: * A cupcake shop! * A circus school (not animal/tent circus, but the artform of circus, like trapeze, rope, silks, juggling, etc) * A flying trapeze school * A bold edgy theater company * A business district with 150 restaurants, small businesses, clothing, bars, etc. * A chain of pre-schools that are very themed (ranging from Star wars to aquarium to eco-friendly) * Nonprofits including a service organiztion, PR group, etc. * A "food, fun and adventure" website that is Philly-centered All are positive, feel good, happy places.. They focus on clients that are younger (20-30s) hipper cool fun adventurous employed kids and no kids not snooty, not stogy, not boring, but successful and know what they want. My logo should tell clients I am successful, energetic and can help them reach audiences they want to reach out to. About me and why I get clients: Clients want me to work hard, be affordable but be upbeat and positive. Several have said that instead of coming off like the "car salesman" type of PR guy, that they instead think I am genuine, hard working but also fun. They like to work and hang out with me - and they like me and my services to bolster their image and make their day! I'm in Philly - and my branding I don't see as exclusively Philly since I didn't use that in my name, but if you think of a fun little tie-in with Philly I would consider it. While I want a fun and out of the box logo that catches your attention, it also needs to be "credible" so that I can also give it to a serious nonprofit client or one of my not mentioned but serious clients (a dental office, for example: it doesn't need to tailor to them, but it shouldn't turn them off). Industry Entertainment & The Arts Preferred logo types An abstract shape or symbol is used to convey the values of your business. Organization name enveloped by a pictorial element or shape. A character or mascot to represent your business. An abstract shape or symbol is used to convey the values of your business. Organization name enveloped by a pictorial element or shape. Sample logos Values to communicate Feminine Masculine Young Mature Luxury Economical Modern Classic Playful Serious Loud Quiet Simple Complex Subtle Obvious Color preferences I love blue but only if it portrays me in exciting light, so recently have been looking at blacks/grays and orange; also open to other modern colors combinations. To be used on Print (Business cards, letterheads, brochures etc) Online (Website, online advertising, banner ads etc) Merchandise (Mugs, T-shirts etc) Signs (Including shops, billboards etc) Notes I recently used a "template" design from a popular business card FREE/discounted website that everyone knows. I picked a PR logo with a man standing on a rock with rays coming from behind him. The business card ended up bleeding and the rays went right off the page. My card is unique - and at every event I am the only card that folks remember. It definitely isn't your typical, stoggy, traditional logo and card. I REALLY LOVE THE IDEA AND LOOK OF THIS LOGO - AND WOULD LOVE TO MAKE IT MY OWN - WITH MY NAME INCORPORATED INTO OR AROUND IT OR NEAR IT! If I could have bought this one I would have! I even like the colors! See my attached file sample! I also liked how it translated into a eye-catching card, but then could translate into an icon. I love the idea that it portrays and think its a great concept - as I think of myself as that guy with the rays being the social media platforms and the client's message getting out. I would love something like this thats a little more fun but still powerful, or that incorporates the social media symbols, or something Philly in it.. OR I am happy with it being simple and powerful. One thing about the attached sample and my desired logo - My name is not a known entity - I would like a logo that catches more attention from the graphic component than my name.. later as I get more established I can have it reworked - but for now I want the graphic to be main element (and I want my name but it to be less emphasized - especially since I am a small one person shop, not large entity).
