Analytics Market Information Manager
The GWM Campaign Analytics Market Information Manager is responsible for development and management of integrated sales and marketing campaigns supporting Global Wealth Management lines of business. This position provides end-to-end analytic support across campaign planning, execution, and Back End measurement phases. The role has a large emphasis on relationship management and senior stakeholder communications in addition to providing technical expertise. Responsibilities: Own all analytical deliverables for assigned programs, including: campaign strategy, opportunity sizing, design of experiment (DOE), customer segmentation/targeting, list extraction, post-program measurement, and analysis of program effectiveness Identify innovative uses of customer data to target high value business opportunities and maximize campaign results Design and document campaign targeting and measurement plans to meet business needs Execute against business requirements, ensuring deliverables are completed within established timelines Analyze campaign results and develop concise reports with marketing insights support by business logic Present conclusions, implications and actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness to senior stakeholders Required Skills: BAC Experience 5+ years analytics experience with solid working knowledge of SAS, SQL and/or UNIX Significant experience with large relational databases and complex data sources Excellent statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into meaningful insight High degree of autonomy with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Ability to build key relationships and influence thinking of internal stakeholders BA/BS required; MA/MS or equivalent experience strongly preferred Desired Skills 3+ years of experience in direct marketing analytics using data to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience developing and facilitating presentations Proven experience in statistical analysis, experimental design, segmentation, cluster analysis, and predictive modeling Experience developing and implementing marketing customer database systems Understanding of CRM and supporting tools and their capabilities for campaign management analysis and reporting Knowledge of financial services marketing principles and methods This resource will be writing SAS and SQL code.
