Help with Stuff I'm not good at doing - Admin Assistant
I am running my own small business (like you) but the admin stuff is not where I like to spend my time or energy. I would like an admin to take care of the following so I don't have to worry about it. - Enter receipts & mileage into the expense report website I use. (Which I can't even remember the name of so that shows how much I use it!) - Drop newsletter copy into my email server and schedule delivery - Add updates to email list - Add client info to tracking sheet. I currently use Excel but am open to other formats. Except the client tracking,most tasks would be performed once a week.
