Job Responsibilities: - Project Management. - In this role you will be assisting with a variety of Telecom related projects, using Visio, SharePoint and Excel to create documents and help manage projects. - Track and manage program issues and risks. - Manage schedules, status, issues, risks, and dependencies between work streams. - Assist with One Call functional (LOB) deployment activities. - Assist with running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases for Soft phone application. - Assist with gathering business requirements, create business requirement doc (BRD), and work with Development team to implement requirements. Job Qualifications: - Two or more years of project coordination or project management experience. - Experience with Visio. - Experience with SharePoint. - Experience with Excel.
