Product Marketing Manager San Ramon, CA Superior technical Resources is actively seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for our client located in San Ramon, CA The ideal candidate for the PMM position will have excellent communications skills and at least 3 years of experience in contact center software product marketing, preferably with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. Responsibilities Develop product positioning that differentiates the products in the market and highlights the business benefits of key features. Maintain information about competitive products in the market. Train the Sales team on product positioning, benefits, sales tools, and competitive differentiators. Write marketing collateral including website pages, customer case studies, whitepapers, technical briefs, vertical solution briefs, and contact center industry insights. Collaborate with the Sales and PM teams on campaigns targeting specific market segments, across communications channels. Create product demonstration tools and videos for the product line. Create product presentations that can be used by the Sales and Marketing teams when talking with partners, customers, and prospects. Occasional travel to industry events for presentations and product demonstrations. Assist in the creation of customer case studies. Participate in company blog.
