My client requires a photoshop file (complete with folders and layers representing the general story board) to be animated - these needs to be frame animated (not scripted animation) and needs to come in under 40Kb using AS2. If well executed there will be a further 10 - 12 banners to do. Supplied will be a photoshop file and all banner specs. Needs to be completed by tomorrow (18th June). This is not a big project and shouldn't take more than 2 hours so please bid accordingly.
