The Online Technology Program Manager will be responsible for driving business needs for online demand generation including search and lead generation.The Global Public and Large Enterprise Online Marketing team is focused on transforming Public and Large Enterprise related online properties to deliver a best-in-class, personalized and engaging customer experience. The teams mission is to drive a step function change in awareness and consideration, products, and services for Public (education, government, and healthcare) and Large Enterprise (companies with over 500 employees), social media and internal/external online communities. Responsibilities Drive business requirements for future IT capabilities to transform Public online properties. Manage communications and implementation of the Public capabilities roadmap and social media and community. Partner with a wide range of stakeholders (Public & LE Marketing, Social Media and Community teams, Premier/GRO, Sales) to drive a holistic online experience; gather requirements and provide required support to IT to implement and deploy new functionality. Own articulation and derivation of the business needs and strategy related to Demand Generation in partnership with Senior leaders on the Public & Large Enterprise Online Team Alignment of requirements with Best Value Solutions strategy. Develop business cases for new technologies and projects. Work across regions to align execution objectives for other proprieties. Qualifications We are looking for a strong team player with a positive, energetic and "can-do" attitude. The Online Technology Program Manager should possess the following education, experience, and skills: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline. MBA, or equivalent experience, preferred. Candidates must have superior competency in written communications skills and knowledge of online technology. Additionally attention to detail and customer focus are critical to success. Technical acumen and drive for results are required as well 2+ years in relevant online/project management experience preferred. 3+ years work experience. Process certification (PMI) a plus. Must be flexible and possess the ability to balance the management of multiple projects simultaneously within a highly matrixed organization Eloqua, Omniture, and other CRM and Analytics tools knowledge is a plus Basic knowledge of HTML/XML web technologies and Microsoft Sharepoint Server is a plus Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English is required. Additional languages are a plus
