Technical Skills · Strong background in supporting software development teams in documenting system architecture and design components. (Experience with commercial software development would be a bonus.) · Very familiar with backend software technology including databases, object-relational mapping and interface design toolsets. (Experience with Entity Framework, Windows Presentation Foundation and Windows Communication Foundation would be a bonus.) · Familiar with ‘single sourcing’ concept for technical and user-oriented software documentation. Candidate has experience developing processes and templates to support a sustainable documentation cycle that requires minimal maintenance/updating. · Strong background in developing scenario or narrative-driven help documentation and/or user manuals that are relevant to the user population and reduce the need for formal training. · Understands concepts around software testing and QA.
