POSITION OPEN AS OF JUNE 18. Major international company in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Technical Writer / Project Coordinator for a 6 Month+ contract role. This position will be working 50% with the IS Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Office and 50% on an IS Project Portfolio Prioritization Process Assignment. The Consultant will work with both the various IS Organizations and key business stakeholders. Will develop, write, edit and format Mergers and Acquisition materials and playbook. The Consultant will develop a process flow (swimlane diagram) and document the process currently being used in the prioritization of the IS projects. Will assist in the development and finalization of several project control standards for IS projects. This is a long term assignment for the development of these standards and implementation of a change management and training plan. The Consultant will document gate review process for Corporate Functions and Business Services' projects and create appropriate gate review checklists. Will document capital and expense LE and forecasting processes including process flow. Will translate 12 workflow diagrams into process documents including defining Roles and Responsibilities. The Consultant will develop a SharePoint site that consolidates and communicates all of the services the IS Business Services provide as well as the tools and templates.
